Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased (less Shipping charge) . Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card or paypal, once we receive the product we will credit your account
How to return or exchange an item
Please send us an email at service@originliving.net  before initiating the return. We recommend you to send via a reliable courier or Speed post with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Pack the product in a slim pack with bubble packing so that they are safe during transit.
